Democracy

Elections are festivals of Democracy. While on this festival we celebrate first and then watch how the nation prospers and analyse whether the celebration worth it or not. Electoral victories not only describes a  party as victorious but also the governance given by that party describes the victory or downfall of democracy itself. Democracy is a form of Government where people have the authority(responsibility) to choose the governing legislation.India is the world's largest democracy. The mighty population chooses it's ruler once every five years.DID YOU KNOW-top 25 richest countries in the world are democratic.

     There are 2 popular kinds of democracy

(a)Direct Democracy

        It is a kind of democracy where every person has a right to vote on important decisions. In largely populated country it's absolutely impossible.,even if someone tries to implement this will bear the consequences.

(b) Representative Democracy

        This is a popular style of democracy where people choose a representative to act on behalf of them. It is verily suitable for a country with large population.

The victory for democracy happens when the people who have a responsibility of choosing their leader are well aware of the circumstances, more disciplined, intelligent, and we'll educated also. And the most important thing is "COMMON SENSE". If the people doesn't have these qualities then Monarchy in the name of democracy will flourish.

1 of these 2 things is must for victory of democracy.👇

   1)The voter should be knowledgeable

      The fingertip of the people is the weapon to change the power and not any armoured weapons. How to use this weapon is still in the control of every citizen., They can be motivated by the offers of any political parties,still they have a choice of understanding the game behind those offers. In my opinion,people  should work hard.., the governments should not give everything that is being asked by the people but it should give an opportunity to earn it.., Otherwise, they will become lazy,and most importantly they will turn out to be disloyal to the country and it's ethics. I strongly oppose anything which is given to people as 'free', it's foolish to think that whom we choose as the representative should do whatever we say.., he should do what is right and not all the things that the people ask.

        I said that voter should be knowledgeable. I reiterate my point here. There are a lot of ways to gain the knowledge. Though the mainstream media is not an option. Nowadays social media is a better option to get the facts and figures right. Again the fingertip of the citizen is in demand, what you want to know,learn, identify and understand-all are at your fingertips again. You can search,read,see and do many more things with your smartphone. Still it's your choice...

   2)The representative should be knowledgeable.

       As per my understanding I can categorise 3 types of representative as follows.

(a)The true leader

       One who is well mannered, strict, just, honest, intelligent person and who understands the circumstances will be a good ruler.He is the one who doesn't care for people's opinions when the need for a strict or tough action is needed, he not only cares for people's opinions but also for nature, environment and other factors in implementing any changes. For sure, he cares his people but that's not the only thing to do. He is that kind of a person who will do the good thing even if no one is doing it, because he knows what is needed and what's not. He is the true care taker because he know the differences between the needs and wants. These kind of leaders should gain the ground. The problem is when these kind of leaders take the oath, the mainstream media backed by corrupt people question him,haunt him,doubt him and they will never let him grow. That's why I hate most of the medias.

(b)The average politician

         This kind of person will only care for his electoral progress and only works on people's wish. That too when the elections are not so far away. He is less concerned about other facts but his concern is all over people's opinions., He is that 'Play it safely' guy. He can not enforce the people rather people will enforce him as they want. For him electoral victory is everything, he may face a big fear of loosing when the need for strict or hard action is required, and he may not perform well when these kind of work is needed. He is that kind of a person who will do the good thing only if everyone is doing it. 

  (c)The worst hooligan (rowdy)

         Previously mentioned average politician will eventually turn out to be worst hooligan when elections are far away. Every one is obsessed with this word "ROWDY" and it's now becoming a trend to call themselves and show off as a rowdy. This mindset backed by political power can be a disaster for people and the whole system. The society has to bear the brunt.This kind of politician is almost everywhere., He cares for those people who votes only for him, not even for all the people and he never cares for other factors. He will eventually turn up to be a terror like person and will destroy his opponents and the concept of democracy will be a joke. He will buy the voters through money or any material offers, he will be very handy with the famous Britishers way of divide and rule.

They are the main loopholes of democracy. They are good at covering their tracks.

When you are given with these options don't even think and just go out and vote for (a).

        It's a responsibility of the society to create more and more "Best Leader" and they should be given all the power and authority they deserve. STILL the voters fingertip plays a vital role to give them power.
