Modi Masterstroke

So, on 30-06-2020 Indian democratic PM Narendra Modi addressed the nation at 4:00PM IST and announced that 80 crores of people will get the free ration under Gareeb Kalyan yojana which covers 60-65% of people of India. 

  The reason I am writing this is that through various sources I got to know that there is something behind this announcement.

1. The time Modi choose.

     Modi addressed India at 4:00 PM IST at which the world is almost awake, you can take help of different time zones and compare by yourself. The whole Western world is awake at that time.

 2. Modi Himself.

      This announcement of providing free ration can be done by any other ministers or by any spokesperson of the party.,but Modi himself addressed the nation which increased the importance of the announcement.

3. Warning to China.

       Here comes the main point that Modi had made it clear to China that India is capable of keeping the nation safe at the border and satisfied inside the border. In 1965 when India and Pakistan war is in progress, the then Honourable Prime minister late Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Ji requested Indians to sacrifice their meal for one time once in a week. And then Green revolution happened and all. But now Modi is warning China that India is capable of providing free ration to 80 crore people that too upto November. This is big.
